1. Eligibility for Exchange

You may request an exchange if:

  • The item is damaged during delivery.

  • The item has a manufacturing defect.

  • The item received is different from your order.

2. Exchange Request Period

  • Exchange requests must be made within 7 days of receiving your order.

  • Requests made after this period will not be eligible for exchange.

3. Conditions for Exchange

  • The product must be in its original condition, unused, unassembled, and with all original packaging, labels, and accessories intact.

  • Items that have been used, modified, or damaged due to customer mishandling are not eligible for exchange.

  • Proof of purchase (invoice or order confirmation) is required.

4. Non-Exchangeable Items

  • Clearance or “As-Is” items.

  • Custom-made or personalized furniture.

  • Items damaged due to misuse or improper care.

5. Exchange Process

  1. Contact our customer service via levana_living@outlook.com within 7 days of receiving the item.

  2. Provide your order details, a description of the issue, and clear photos of the product.

  3. Our team will review your request and confirm if the exchange is approved.

  4. If approved, we will arrange for the collection of the defective/wrong item and deliver the replacement item.

6. Costs Involved

  • For defective or incorrect items, all exchange shipping costs will be covered by us.

  • If the exchange is requested for reasons other than defects (e.g., change of mind), delivery charges for both return and replacement will be borne by the customer.

7. Final Decision

LEVANA LIVING SDN BHD 202501026733 (1628145­-D) reserves the right to reject any exchange request if the product does not meet the conditions outlined above.
