1. Return Policy

We accept returns only for defective, damaged, or incorrect items. Due to the nature of furniture products, we do not accept returns for change of mind, incorrect measurements, or items that do not match personal expectations (e.g., color variation due to screen display differences).

Eligibility for Return:

  • The return request must be made within 7 days from the date of delivery.

  • Items must be unused, unassembled, and in their original packaging with all accessories included.

  • Proof of purchase (invoice or order confirmation) is required.

  • We may request clear photographs or videos to verify the issue.

Non-Returnable Items:

  • Custom-made or personalized furniture.

  • Clearance or “As-Is” items.

  • Items damaged due to misuse, neglect, or improper care.

Return Process:

  1. Contact our customer service within the 7-day period via levana_living@outlook.com.

  2. Provide your order details, issue description, and supporting photos/videos.

  3. Upon approval, we will arrange collection of the item and provide either a replacement or store credit.

  4. Refunds (if applicable) will be processed via the original payment method within 14 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.

Return Shipping Costs:

  • For defective, damaged, or incorrect items, we will cover the return shipping costs.

  • If the return is due to reasons not related to our error, the customer will bear the return shipping costs.

2. Cancellation Policy

We understand that sometimes you may need to cancel your order.

Cancellation Before Shipment:

  • Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase without penalty.

  • If the order is cancelled after 24 hours but before shipment, a 10% cancellation fee will apply to cover administrative and processing costs.

Cancellation After Shipment:

  • Orders that have been shipped cannot be cancelled and will instead be treated as a return (subject to the Return Policy above).

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable once the order has been dispatched.

Custom Orders:

  • Custom-made or personalized items cannot be cancelled once production has started.

3. Final Rights

LEVANA LIVING SDN BHD reserves the right to refuse any return or cancellation request if it does not comply with the above terms.
